my buddy, the cook. Why is he wearing a cap and flannel shirt while cutting onions? Because the back door is open, and it's cold outside. Why is the back door open, you might ask? Because the cold air helps with teary eyes when cutting onions. Also because there's no freakin' light in the back (burnt out/bad ballast) and the sunlight is helpful there.
