What a day. I've been too sick to play my trumpet (flashback to the Gong Show....) and do much of anything. I feel like I'm in a tunnel.
 Been getting a lot of emotional support from my cousin-in-law in Australia.  Turns out she has had a hard go it as well, with 'odd' parents that made it rough growing up.
 I feel like crap. I'm going to try to make something to eat.
